Requesting Data Deletion
If you have connected your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account to 58 Ember and would like your data deleted, you may request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
Please email support@58ember.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
What happens next
Upon receiving your request, 58 Ember will permanently delete all stored data associated with your connected account(s), including analytics and insights data, within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
You may also revoke access at any time directly through your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account settings. Revoking access will stop any future data collection.

- The social media platform(s) you connected (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- The username or account ID (if available)
- A request to delete your data
